ParseAndSign provides AI-powered document upload, extraction, classification, summarization, risk identification, obligation detection, entity extraction, verification review, and report generation features.

ParseAndSign does not provide legal, financial, tax, insurance, medical, compliance, procurement, or professional advice. Outputs are AI-generated for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a user's circumstances.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing documents, verifying outputs, obtaining professional advice where needed, and deciding whether to sign, submit, approve, reject, negotiate, or otherwise act on a document.

Users represent that they have all rights, permissions, and authority necessary to upload, process, analyze, and store documents submitted to ParseAndSign.

Users may not use the service unlawfully, upload documents without authorization, submit infringing content or malware, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, abuse AI systems, use outputs to make automated high-stakes decisions without human review, upload regulated sensitive data unless authorized, or violate privacy or confidentiality obligations.

AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, hallucinations, misclassifications, or incomplete interpretations. Users must independently verify all outputs before relying on them.

Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and activity under their account.

Free plan includes limited document analyses. Limits may change. Paid plans may be added later.

ParseAndSign owns the platform, software, branding, user interface, workflows, and generated system features. Users retain rights to documents they upload, subject to the license needed for ParseAndSign to provide the service.

Users grant ParseAndSign a limited license to host, process, transmit, extract, analyze, summarize, and display uploaded content solely to provide and improve the service, maintain security, comply with law, and support user-requested functionality.

Users should not upload documents they are prohibited from sharing. ParseAndSign will use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality. The service may rely on hosting, database, authentication, AI, analytics, email, and payment providers. Use of ParseAndSign may involve processing by those providers.

The service may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, or modified.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParseAndSign is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for losses caused by reliance on AI outputs.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ParseAndSign from claims arising from misuse, uploaded content, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.

ParseAndSign may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or legal reasons.
