Document information may include uploaded files, extracted text, document metadata, file name, file type, file size, processing status, AI-generated analysis, entities, dates, amounts, risks, obligations, and report content.

If paid plans are added later, payment details may be processed by a third-party payment processor, and ParseAndSign should not store full card numbers.

Uploaded document text may be sent to AI service providers for processing and generation of document intelligence reports. Users should not upload documents they are not authorized to process. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for reliance without human review.

ParseAndSign may store document metadata, extracted text, and AI-generated analysis so users can access prior reports. Users are responsible for ensuring they have permission to upload and process any document.

The service may rely on hosting providers, database providers, authentication providers, AI processing providers, analytics providers, email or support providers, and payment processors if added later. For example, services such as Vercel, Neon, Clerk, OpenAI, and similar providers may process data to support the platform.

We do not sell uploaded documents or document content. We do not share document content except as needed to provide, secure, maintain, or improve the service; comply with law; prevent abuse; or with user direction or consent.

We retain account information, document metadata, extracted text, and reports for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Users may request deletion where applicable.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure. Users should avoid uploading highly sensitive documents unless they understand and accept the risks.

Users must only upload documents they have the legal right and authority to process. Users must not upload unlawful, unauthorized, infringing, malicious, or highly sensitive information unless permitted and appropriate safeguards are in place.

The service is not intended for children under 13 or for users who are not legally permitted to use the service.
