Document Organization for Government Contractors
ParseAndSign helps government contractors organize, digitize, and manage the records that support registrations, certifications, proposals, contracts, invoices, compliance, and audit readiness.
Why It Matters
GovCon Paperwork Is High-Stakes and High-Volume
Government contractors must manage large volumes of records across SAM registrations, certifications, proposal submissions, contract awards, modifications, invoices, subcontractor files, and compliance documentation.
Missing a certification renewal, losing a key contract document, or failing an audit due to disorganized records can have serious consequences. ParseAndSign helps you stay organized so records are where you need them when you need them.
GovCon records management challenges
- SAM registration or certification lapses due to missed renewals
- Audit failures caused by missing or disorganized records
- Proposal delays because past performance records cannot be found
- Invoice disputes due to missing payment documentation
- Subcontractor records scattered across email and shared drives
- No organized archive of contract modifications and amendments
