Data Processing Notice

When a user uploads a document, ParseAndSign receives the file, validates basic file requirements, creates a document record, and begins processing so the user can receive a structured intelligence report.

ParseAndSign extracts readable text from supported TXT, PDF, and DOCX files where possible. Extraction may fail or be incomplete for scanned, corrupted, encrypted, image-heavy, or poorly formatted files.

Extracted document text may be sent to AI processing providers to classify the document, summarize key content, identify entities, dates, amounts, risks, obligations, questions, and recommended next steps.

ParseAndSign may store document metadata, extracted text, processing status, AI-generated analysis, reports, and account relationships so users can access document history and reports.

Hosting, database, authentication, AI, analytics, email, support, and payment providers may process data as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right and authority to upload, process, analyze, and store any document submitted to ParseAndSign.

Document records, extracted text, and generated reports may be retained while needed to provide the service, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Users may request deletion where applicable.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect document data, but no internet-based service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Users should not upload documents containing sensitive personal data, protected health information, financial account credentials, government identification numbers, trade secrets, or confidential third-party information unless they have authorization and understand the risks.
