Scope review and SOW
ParseAndSign reviews your request and prepares a statement of work or work order for your review.
Authorization and deposit
You review and accept the SOW. A deposit or service fee may be required before work begins.

Processing and organization
Documents are scanned, OCR-processed, classified, and organized according to your SOW.

ParseAndSign treats all customer documents as confidential. Documents submitted for digitization are processed solely for the purpose of delivering the requested services and are not shared, sold, or used for any other purpose.
Physical originals are handled with care and returned to the customer upon project completion unless alternative arrangements are agreed to in the statement of work.
Digital files are stored with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is limited to authorized users you designate through the portal.
Important Notice
ParseAndSign is not currently represented as a HIPAA-compliant service unless a separate written agreement is executed. Organizations submitting documents containing protected health information (PHI) must execute appropriate data handling agreements prior to project commencement.

Pricing depends on volume, document condition, service type, turnaround requirements, and any specialized handling needs. ParseAndSign does not publish standard rates for digitization services. After reviewing your intake request, we will prepare a customized quote and statement of work for your approval.
There is no cost to submit an intake request. Pricing and scope are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
